1. Message from the President
We have sought out others in the probe industry and have worked hard with the desire to contribute to the probe industry in mind.
Having learned from many of our predecessors, we have striven to realize what is needed.
After many failures, over the past few years we have finally been able to grasp "what is truly needed," and are commercializing these ideas.
Owing to lots of help given to us, new products have been well received. In addition, we have reconsidered a development plan which was suspended, from the perspective of "what is truly needed," and
have gained the prospect of re-attempting the project with thorough cost reduction and practical ideas.
We would appreciate your continued guidance and cooperation.

3. Company history and background

| 2010/08 | Probe Innovation, Inc. (Hiroshima) established | With the cooperation of Sankei Engineering Co., Ltd., we promoted the application of the rare metal Rhodium to cantilever probes and wire probes. |
| 2015/08 | Probe Innovation USA, LLC (Texas) established | Beig independent from Sankei Engineering , as an engineering company, promoted the application of rhodium vertical probes. |
| 2018/12 | Achieved the ultimate vertical probe, the VPT, or “Vertical Probe Transformed inside jig.” However, as we focus on high-end technology, such as using the high-quality probe material iridium and working on fine pitch, delayed development, and we ran out of funds and gave up. | |
| 2023 | After many failures, the company changed its development policy to "follow the demands of the times" and "probes with low contact force and low contact resistance," and came up with the idea for a revolutionary cleaning sheet for probe cards.The product was developed and commercialized in 2024, and continues to this day. | |

4. Organization as a corporate group
Probe Innovation Inc. and Probe Innovation USA are companies comprised of only the representative.
The representative is the source of all technical and product concepts, but the technical successor has been determined.
We are currently training successors for the sales staff and sales director.
We are promoting our business with the support of a group of excellent engineers and service sales companies covering the entire world, as shown below.
